There will be no customer support if you did not DEMO an item before purchasing. DEMOs are out for a reason, to help you.
There will be NO exchanging of items. CerberusXing is NOT responsible for you purchasing the wrong item/ size. There are many signs out for which size the item supports. Please be patient and allow everything to rez to avoid such issues.
